Emergency fix for VORG leg 3 - version 1.98f

I posted a fix for Leg 3 that seems to work.
Sorry about the service discontinuity. I was out of town.

I also reestablished the download of old VORG 2008 boat data,
which I thought was not in use (but was).
I hate when I break useful things.

What do you mean with the download of old VORG data? That was through IE cant remember exactly how that worked again

What do you mean with the download of old VORG data?

There is a button [Get] in 'Boats' tab. This was for the ol' VORG 2008
and activated the download of boat data from game server.

VORG 12 users should not use this button!
Use the Firefox import module ( Ctrl+I ) instead.
