Speed and polar on Hopehorn

Hello Omar, As the speed was too low in VRTool, I have changed the speed factor from 0.998 to 1.019. It seems to work, but is it the right way to do ?

This speed factor was introduced a couple years ago,
but was 1.0 in latest races (i.e. not used)
Are you using a correct polars?

Now, with 1, that is correct. I just change it. Thank you.
