Bug in Grib wind import

Hi Omar,

testing the 1.86 beta version, I still have a problem when importing a Grib wind file (obtained through Zygrib): the wind angles shown in Vrtool are correct but the wind forces are wrong (compared to two other independent programs).

Example: on point 38°0'0"N, 123°0'0"W, with the 9:00 UTC forecast of a Grib file wiith ref. date=April 11th 0:00 UTC, Vrtool displays a wind 152°, 20.4Kn while Zezo and my own program both display a wind 152°, 20.0Kn (of course, I keep the sample file available if you need it)

Note - the values of wind forces Vrtool displays do not conform to Virtual Regatta predefined ones. It may be the key of the problem.
