VRTool version 1.90 released

Version 1.90 is now available. New stuff:
-Circle tool
-Redesigned boat attitude chart
-embedded webserver

Since the portuguese and french translations were also
updated, the use of the full installer is recommended
(setupvrtool.exe, not vrtool.zip)
