No. Only for Windows PCs. Some people run vrtool on Intel Macs using Parallels or VMWare.
Virtual box is a free alternative ( http://www.virtualbox.org/ )
But you still have to install Windows ( I recommend Windows XP )

i use vmware fusion4 with win Xp and its works very well. i Upgrade yesterday on version 2.07, everything ok.
