What are the different settings you should have in VRTool for VOR2014 to get correct wheather routes? I'm in the CET time zone (UTC+1) and I tried to change time zone to -1 in Other as well as the NOAA windows. I also changed Game wind parameters to 6.00/18.00 (forecast) and 7.00/19.00 (wind change), which I think makes sense since the VOR game wind change is still 8.00CET.
However, when creating a route using wheather routing tool, it gives me 12h mark at 19.00 CET, which is incorrect. Whatever I change in the settings, I still get this.

You have to look at the "Forecast Age" on "Track Designer Settings" group.
One minute before the wind change, it must look like 11:59:00.
One minute after the wind change, it should be 00:01:00.

You can choose the first option
[x]Time from Last wind update

Set time to first wind update time (use local time).
If the Forecast Age is wrong, weather routing and track designer
will produce wrong results.

The "Time stamp + time zone" option seems to be wrong for this race.

Hi Staffan,

there seems to be an issue with the correct translation of the game time CE(S)T vs. UTC during the summer/winter time shift. If you tweak the time zone setting to -2 (instead of -1), the "windgrid timestamp + time zone" option should work just fine.

Likewise, if you experience download errors during NOAA wind updates, you might need to tweak the time zone setting in the NOAA download config to -2 as well.
