Firefox cache path

I've tried to open VRTool for Leg 3 of the VOR but am completely stumped by two things.
One,(for the Config Wizard) what is the correct path for Windows 7 Home edition to enter so as to import data from Firefox?
Two, why can't I open Toutoulz, here http://www.vrtoutoulz.fr/#.
Without Toutoulz I cannot load either maps or polars.
What's to do,please?
