Polar studio

Postby omar » Tue Nov 10, 2009 5:24 pm

I developed a little program to work with polar databases .
Its called PolarStudio and can be downloaded from

http://www.tecepe.com.br/nav/vrtool/PolarStudio.zip

I included a set of polars for J/24.

Oh yeah... And you can use it to import VR vpp files
use menu option >File>Import..
Select multiple files vpp_1_*.csv at once:
"vpp_1_1.xml", "vpp_1_2.xml", "vpp_1_4.xml", "vpp_1_8.xml",
"vpp_1_16.xml", "vpp_1_32.xml", "vpp_1_64.xml"
(ignore vpp_1_256.csv)

Than use File> export to VRTool.
This will write the polars in vrtool merged format.

Individual Polar lines can be edited with the mouse
by moving individual points.you can create or delete
lines or sails.

Also check the external resources in this page:
