This is the first version for desktop computers of the
OPYC worldwide sailing simulation using physics.
also available for iOS and Android mobile devices.
features:
- realistic physics based sailing simulation
- real time interpolated winds ( based on GFS forecasts )
- Manual and auto pilot steering ( fixed course or fixed wind angle modes )
- steering by device tilt ( mobile only )
- Mainsail and foresail sheet controls
- Full sailing statistics in real time
- Choice of Gib, Genoa, Spinnaker or main sail
- embedded VRTool chart allows advanced route planning
- wind forecast display ( up to 144 hours )
- weather routing optimization
- route drawing
- fixed TWA track drawing
