GRIB wind import - how to do?

Ahoy Captains,
I've played a bit with Grib wind import preparing to leg 3 of Tour de France a la Voile. I make something wrong.

Download from UGRIB
Select the area of leg 3. Data Options: 7 days, 5 intervals, 0.5 degree resolution, all options checked. Then press Download Grib File Done.

Import GRIB Winds in VRTool
From menu: Winds \ Clear All - done. Winds\ Import GRIB, tab Config: Transformation: choice 1 (raw GRIB windspeeds ...), Grid probe resolution = 0.5.
Tab Import. 1. Select GRIB file: I browse the UGRIB file downloaded, then OK. 2. press 2. Use Winds.

The result is a bit embarrassing: wind chart appears twice. Once with upper-right corner of the area close to Cap Finisterre. Second with upper-left corner close to Cap Finisterre.

I gave some other trials too, but the leg-3 area in VRTool was never covered with wind charts selected in UGRIB. (I tried to step ahead in time pressing the half-day buttons too.) Is ther any particular rule or sequence for filling GRIB wind charts into VRTool successfully?
