Ok, I've download the files, so what now? In VRTools, there is "Regatta Settings", how to deal with it? How I make ClipperPro.csv the standard polars for my routes? How it works? Please, somebody help me... I really dont know what to do with these files. But I need it...

Where can you load the polars for the clipper race?

Copy the csv file in your vrtool directory (where the vrtool.exe is)

In the "winds" tab
In config,
Check "default polar database" (not my polars)
In regatta settings,
Set the csv file name in "Polars"
Click "apply"
Check "Interpolate wind speeds"

Oh where or Where did the Wind information go.

I just noticed my plugtmp is no longer getting populated with the wind information. Did the Virtual regatta guys shut this down?

Weird, it's back.
I think it must have been something to do with connection to via our corporate network. Guess they have something against working and playing

I can't get my cache info to import. I'm using the plugtemp folder is this correct?

Look at post 18 in the "VRTool 1.5 released"
