VRTool 1.7 released (friday 13th edition)

Speed scale, edit marks, grib imports. Some bugs corrected, but others created

Looks great -
Everything works except one feature that I can't make out.
The "DOT" in the Wind plot mode. I can't see it doing anything.
Could you explain how it should show and what it's purpose is. The Arrow and line are obvious at least to me.
I really like the ability to get the winds from Ugrib without all the fuss. Thank to Bob and you.

The "DOT" in the Wind plot mode. I can't see it doing anything..

This option used to be "nothing" but the fact is that there is a 1 pixel "dot"
( at least if you show some wind text...)

However:
In "Import Grib file" after select Grib file is error "Cannot open file C:\Program Files\GRIB.US\Download\results.prb".
In catalog "C:\Program Files\GRIB.US\Download\" is files "xxx.grb" and "probe.pnt".
Why?

Cannot open file C:\Program Files\GRIB.US\Download\results.prb

I can't figure why. May be degrig was enable to write to that folder, because
of OS permissions (program files are sometimes read-only). Try to setup a folder for GRBs
outside program files (like c:\gribs\). Or check the folder permissions and change
the read-only attribute. Note that degrib uses the same folder as the grib file to
write results.
