Wind Grid Size Houston race

I can't seem to import the correct grid for the wind, I usually import the wind from Pacco's site. The wind grid on Pacco's site is correct but when I import it it is wrong?

Bilbo, VRTool always had a tool to change the wind's grid. In "Winds" go to race Config, and change the size. To the Vendée Globe, put "5". For other races, and grid sizes, try another config...

I am using VRTool version 2.04 I can't find any reference to Race Config in "Winds" or anywhere in the program. I can find a wind grid size in regatta settings, but this has no effect on anything.Can you enlighten me exactly where the race config is.
I seem to remember some discussion about wind grid size on the first Le Bol d'Or Mirabaud race a few years ago but I don't recall anyone making it work.

use 5 in "wind grid size" under Winds/regatta settings and push "set" it should work then..

G'Day Bob, well it took a lot of of trial and error but I finally have got the wind grid size correct but then you know exactly how it works, my big problem is the the wind time stamp for the game is 08.00 & 20.00 But I can only download 0 6 12 18 Time stamp....therefor my wind is not correct.
How can I download the 08.00 or 20.00 wind Grids
