How to turn off the horn & Other Nautical sounds

I have looked every where I could think of. Can someone tell me how to turn the horn off and other nautical sounds that go on every 10 min when the data is refreshed.
This did not happen before I upgrades to win 8. Could this have something to do with it ?

I'm using Chrome and version VR 2.06. I could not get the winds to work on version V 2.08

I didn't change nothing related to winds between 2.06 and 08. Only the track designer was changed..

I found the source of the sounds they are from Win 8
Problem resolved
