Regatta Settings

Hello Omar,
Last year I used Windows XP on an old Compaq desktop computer and enjoyed the Virtual Regatta game very much but nowadays
I use Windows 7 Home Edition on a Dell Laptop, but cannot use VRTool.
My version of Mozillla Firefox is 35.0.0.5458.
My problem is that I cannot import data from Firefox cache as I cannot find the path in C:\ of the temp files.
"users\name\AppData\Local\Temp" doesn't show any files in Firefox cache.
As VRToutoulz.fr "est réservé" I cannot download any maps.
I am using "world3.cht" . But the only data showing on it are winds from Grib file. No tracks or boats.
Also,what should I enter in Regatta Settings for Server?
Can you help,please?

read the subject : VOR 2014 config ........ you will find answers there ......... but unfortunately wind-download does not work any more since this afternoon

Thanks very much for your reply.
Unfortunately,so far,nobody has been able to tell me exactly what to do. Fo example,I read that I should enter "about:cache in my address bar" and then I would be able to see the path. But which address bar? I only use Windows so I can use VRTool as it cannot be opened in a Mac. So I am not familiar with some of the Windows terminology!
