different forecasts in vrtool, ugribs and virtualregatta?!

hello,
new user of vrtool, i think i set up (most of it at least) properly..
i do think something might be wrong though as i don't get the same forecasts for this weekend on vrtool, on ugrib & on virtual regatta!
the weather pattern is the same, but the windshifts on vrtool come 2 days after the windshift i observe on ugrib and virtual regatta (both are more or less same forecasts)
for the southwest coast of france..
as it is, i can't really use vrtool for virtual regatta, is there something i did wrong?

the race i'm trying this time on virtual regatta (you sure know which one..) is higly dependent on weather forecast, as you choose when you go for very short race.
vrtool forecast (or NOAA download used by vrtool) is still one day (between 24 and 36h) behind the forecast of what is happening on ugrib and virtual regatta forecast!
(on the weather pattern i see)
did i miss something? (probably...
