This version updates the unfortunate 1.91 release,
which broke a couple things.
It is available only in zip format ( vrtool.zip )

Fixed:
- Invalid access problem in the web server (vrtool remote)
Improved:
- Track designer settings - New tracks in the track designer
and weather routing begin at a certain age in relation to
the wind forecasts. New options allow:
- begin at a time from last wind update (traditional method)
- begin at a time from grid timestamp + a time zone
- begin at a certain date/time
In this last option you can analise a future leg start .

Weather routing was adapted to smaller isochrones
(p.e. '0.1' for 6 minutes). Works better in small scale regattas.

The update is recommended for those that have updated to 1.91...
