New to Velux and VRTool

I am a newbie to Velux and VRTool.
Any current information on how to get going someone can direct me to?
I've downloaded VRTool, and realize I have to use Firefox, but am clueless about importing wind and my boats and fleet etc.

Hi Omar, where can I find a link on the VRTool website to the above tutorial or to see what other tutorials are available? What about links to install version 1.96?

Current version is 1.97. The vrtool.zip file was removed because
version 1.97 requires the complete installer. Download and run:

http://www.tecepe.com.br/nav/vrtool/setupVrtool.exe

This will installer works for new installations and existing ones.

Thanks Omar, but you haven't really answered my question; where on your site can a newbie find this link (v1.97) and where can he/she find the links to all of the available tutorials?

I cannot install v 1.97 on my office machine because I do not have admin privileges and the IT department is stricter now about installing stuff that's not work related than they were previously when I managed to persuade someone to install VRTool in the first place. I upgraded to v1.95 using the zip file & I was hoping to upgrade to v1.96 the same way. Is v1.96 no longer available?

I have managed to obtain the wind - thanks for the guidance - but I have yet to discover how to view my boats or friends. I've clicked about every option in the boat tab but obviously not the correct one.... maybe for the next leg I will learn how you guys go so accurately fast. I am using FF .3.6.16

Just downloaded the new installer that was posted and for whatever reason I now have boats and wind displaying
Look forward to learning how to sail faster using VRTool!
